These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the LingunAI platform ("Service") operated by LingunAI ("we", "us", or "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use LingunAI. By using the Service, you confirm that you meet this requirement. Users in the European Union must be at least 16 years old, or have parental consent, to create an account.
2. Your Account
- You may create only one free account per person. Creating multiple free accounts to circumvent usage limits is prohibited.
- You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
- You must provide accurate information when creating your account.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the AI generation features in bulk.
- Share your account credentials with others or resell access to the Service.
- Use the Service to generate content that is harmful, abusive, or violates the rights of others.
- Attempt to circumvent usage limits, rate limits, or security measures.
4. Free Plan and Subscription Plans
LingunAI offers a free plan with monthly usage limits and paid subscription plans (Pro, Premium) with higher limits. Subscription details, pricing, and features are described on the pricing page.
- Free plan usage limits reset monthly.
- Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually as selected at purchase.
- We reserve the right to change plan features and pricing with reasonable notice.
5. Payments and Refunds
All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis according to your plan.
Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us at amirmahdiabootalebi2005@gmail.com within 7 days of the charge.
6. AI-Generated Content
LingunAI uses AI to generate educational content (stories, podcasts, grammar feedback, etc.). This content is for language learning purposes only. We do not guarantee the accuracy of AI-generated content and it should not be relied upon for professional, medical, legal, or financial advice.
You retain ownership of any original content you provide. You grant LingunAI a limited license to process your inputs to deliver the Service.
7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, engage in abuse, or if required by law. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your access to the Service ends and your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-generated content will be accurate or suitable for any specific purpose.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, LingunAI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by updating the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation before pursuing formal legal action.
